Public offer
Individual entrepreneur Alexey Nikolaevich Belov, OGRNIP 325784700004087, INN 421807315741 (hereinafter — the Rights Holder), offers any legally capable natural person (hereinafter — the User) to conclude an agreement on the terms below. Payment means full acceptance of the terms (Articles 437 and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
1. Subject
The Rights Holder grants the User a simple non-exclusive license to use the Contur program (hereinafter — the Program) on one device for the paid period (subscription) or perpetually within the major version (perpetual license).
2. Trial period
On each computer the Program works free of charge for 14 days from the first launch. When the trial period ends, connections stop working until payment.
3. Price and payment
3.1. Prices are shown on the “Pricing” page: in rubles, and on the English version of the website in US dollars. Payment is accepted through the YooKassa payment service in rubles, at the price in rubles. The fiscal receipt is sent to the User’s email.
3.2. If the User cannot pay through YooKassa (for example, has no bank card issued in Russia), the User may contact the Rights Holder at support@conturgate.com. In that case the payment method and the settlement procedure are agreed in correspondence; the price is determined by the “Pricing” page on the day of the request (on the English version of the website, in US dollars), and if the settlement is not in rubles, the final amount is communicated to the User before payment. The license is issued or renewed after the payment is received. The other terms of the offer, including refunds (section 6), apply in full.
4. Subscription renewal
The subscription is renewed by paying for the next year in the personal account. The User receives an email reminder 14 days and 3 days before the end of the paid period. A period paid for in advance is added to the current one. Without renewal the subscription ends at the end of the paid period.
5. Devices
The license is valid on one device. The User may transfer it to another device of their own in the personal account within the limits stated on the website.
6. Refunds
6.1. Before buying, the User may test the Program free of charge during the trial period (section 2); therefore a refund on the grounds of “changed my mind” or “did not suit me” is not made once the User has started using a paid license.
6.2. The Rights Holder refunds the payment in full if the User contacted the Rights Holder within 7 calendar days from the date of payment and:
- the license had not yet been activated on a device; or
- the Program does not work because of a defect that the Rights Holder has not fixed within a reasonable time (no more than 10 days from the request); or
- the payment was charged twice or in a wrong amount (the overcharged amount is refunded regardless of when the request was made).
6.3. To request a refund, write to support@conturgate.com from the address specified in the personal account, stating the order number and the reason. The Rights Holder considers the request within no more than 10 days and informs the User of the decision by email. The money is returned by the same method that was used for payment, within the period set by the bank or payment system (as a rule, up to 10 days). The whole payment amount is refunded.
6.4. Upon a refund, the paid subscription period is shortened by the refunded term and the perpetual license is annulled; auto-renewal is turned off at the same time.
6.5. These terms do not limit the User’s rights provided by consumer protection legislation.
7. Liability
The Program is provided “as is”. The User is solely responsible for the lawfulness of using the networks and servers they connect to.
