Personal data processing policy

Operator: individual entrepreneur Alexey Nikolaevich Belov, INN 421807315741, OGRNIP 325784700004087, address: 82 bldg 1 Leninsky Ave, St. Petersburg, 198332, Russia. Requests concerning personal data: support@conturgate.com or the “Support” section of the personal account.

What data is processed

• email and password (as a hash) — for the personal account;
• information about the device: model, system and program version, hash of the hardware identifier, date of the last license check;
• history of orders and payments (card data is processed by the YooKassa payment service and is not passed to the Operator);
• correspondence with support and files that the User attaches voluntarily.

Connection profiles, passwords and corporate network addresses are stored only on the User’s device and are not passed to the Operator.

Purposes

Performance of the agreement (license, payment, support), notifications about subscription terms and charges.

Storage

Data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation. The retention period is until the account is deleted; payment records are kept for the periods set by law.

User rights

The User may obtain information about their data, correct it or delete the account in the personal account (“Delete account”), and may withdraw consent by writing to support@conturgate.com.
